Regarding your "system"

Um

Regarding your requests to move some of the Pokémon art...well, they're not "official". As in, they're not used anywhere on Bulbapedia, nor should they moved to those names you're suggesting. Official art is usually at ###Name.png with an addition of different form names if needed. Not sure how to explain this right now, but I'll try to get back to you on this.
