Summaries for images

Hello! I noticed that while you have been categorizing images, you have not been (1) adding a summary to the section, and (2) adding a license. Additionally, the addition of the anime screenshots category is already embedded in the anime screenshot license. Considering that you have failed to do any of these previously, consider this to be your final warning; otherwise, you may be blocked for another week.
