Few things.

For first, the Gen III-V overworld sprites should be 32x32 (unless they're bigger), while Gen I-II is 16x16. If it's bigger than these, then the smaller dimension is changed to be the same as bigger, so it's still a square (like in case of this). Also, the abbreviation for Sinnoh games is DPPt, not DPP.
